Our osteopathic center combines modern osteopathic medicine with hands-on osteopathic manipulation to support the body’s natural ability to heal. We focus on the musculoskeletal system, addressing joints, soft tissue, and the root causes of pain rather than just symptoms.

Through non physician osteopathic manual therapy, therapeutic massage, infrared sauna and light therapy, we aim to restore health and balance of your body, mind, and spirit.

Our clients include:

  • People with acute or chronic pain or stress

  • Pregnant people preparing for birth

  • Parents wanting to keep their kids healthy

  • People recovering from injury or illness

  • Seniors wanting to take care of their body

We are delighted to be part of your healing journey and know that together we will find a way to help you through.

Our Approach to Osteopathic Care

We believe the body has an innate intelligence that is always working toward health. This natural healing potential guides growth, development, repair, and balance. Osteopathy works with this intelligence rather than overriding it.

Our practitioner uses a holistic approach grounded in osteopathic medicine to treat the whole patient, not just isolated symptoms. By combining osteopathic manipulative medicine, soft tissue techniques, and exercise rehabilitation, we address the underlying causes of pain and injury.

By listening with our hands, we assess the tone, rhythm, and vitality of the tissues to understand what your body needs next.

We consider how the body functions as a whole, including the relationship between joints, soft tissue, and the nervous system. This ensures effective treatment that supports long-term pain management and optimal health.

Our goal is to work with your body, not against it. To help you access your own healing capacity and guide you toward a healthier, more balanced state.

What Our Clients Say

  • Their help was invaluable postpartum and also helpful for my baby in establishing nursing and making her more comfortable.

    S.VK, Nourish Client

  • My massage was fabulous, the best I've ever had. The therapist found the tight spots and worked them in a way that felt almost magical in its multi layers approach of moving my body.

    DMW, Nourish Client

  • I have been seen by two of their practitioners to help me with a pinched nerve & with chronic issues resulting from a bike accident several years ago. I am so amazed by how impactful osteopathy is given the gentle nature of the practice.

    JB, Nourish Client

  • The practitioners listen well and treat gently, knowledgeably, and effectively. Their treatments get to the root and relieve the discomfort of not only physical ailments but also their related emotional/psychological stre

    D.LD, Nourish Client

  • I have had years of chronic neck and back pain and, more recently, foot pain as well. Unlike doctors and PT people I have seen, the practitioners treated all three pain points. As a consequence, the neck and back pain have essentially disappeared and the foot pain is lessening bit by bit through treatment and home exercises.
