In addition to osteopathic care, Nourish now offers therapeutic massage for our community. Massage therapy can be utilised in isolation at any time or as part of your overall health and well-being plan in addition to osteopathic treatment.

A variety of massage therapy techniques are used to manipulate the soft tissues of the body, releasing specific tension and stressors that become a holding pattern in the musculoskeletal system resulting in decreased mobility, increased tension, pain and dysfunction.

A massage session can include; Therapeutic Relaxing massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Lymphatic Massage or Reflexology

Nourish practitioners may refer between practitioners and modalities to support you in reaching your desired health goals. Each practitioner has access to your treatment plan and health history allowing each treatment to be tailored to where you are at with your healing journey.
