A Family Constellation event is a therapeutic approach designed to uncover and address unresolved family dynamics and inherited emotional patterns. Participants engage in a facilitated group process where representatives embody family members or significant roles within a family system. This method reveals hidden conflicts, loyalties, or systemic imbalances, providing insights that can lead to healing and resolution. The process aims to promote individual well-being by fostering understanding, reconciliation, and the release of emotional burdens tied to familial histories.
What kind of issues can be facilitated?
- an issue with your immediate (husband, child) or extended family (your parents, grandparents) member
- an issue in any relationship
- career or a money issue (career direction or struggles with money)
- a recurring emotional, mental, or psychosomatic pattern in your life
