When there are areas of the body that cannot move freely when training or performing other areas of the body have an increased demand placed on them. Over time this increased demand on specific areas is what predisposes you to injury as well as day to day impacting your performance.
We work closely with you to ensure your treatment goals are met. We mostly work using hands on manual therapy to achieve optimal alignment and support healing when an injury occurs. When needed we offer specific strengthening exercises and rehabilitation to optimise recovery and conditioning.
